The rooms form part of a four-bedroom flat, of which only the kitchen/dining is shared.
The rooms are suitable for a single professional, preferably a female, or a couple.
For single occupancy of both rooms and a private bathroom, rent is charged at £1100 pcm, including bills. For a couple occupying both rooms, private bathroom @£1300 pcm, including bills.
The potential tenant/s are expected to be working in a professional capacity, to be private and respectful of 'the other person' privacy and space, to maintain the property to a high standard. Guest stay overs are not permitted.
The tenant / s must love dogs as I have a Maltipoo dog living with me (the landlady).
