I have a lovely, well furnished two bedroom flat and am looking for a flatmate to take the spare room with use of the 2nd/guest bathroom. The flat is part of a larger development and is located in a very green part of London between Richmond Park and Putney & Roehampton Heaths.
I am a teacher working in a nearby secondary school and am very active, especially with rugby. I also enjoy watching sport, trying new restaurants and a bottomless brunch every now and then. I live alone, however my boyfriend stays over 2-3 nights a week.
My ideal flatmate would be someone who is a professional, is clean and tidy and who respects my home/belongings. They would be sociable and communicate well. I am out most evenings a week for sport or training, but it would be nice to have some company/a chat every now and then.
