Student House near Kingston University

We’re a group of students moving out of a 4-bedroom student house backing on to Richmond Park.
The house is a 5 min walk from:
- Asda Roehampton Vale superstore
- Bus stops for 85, 265 and K3
- Kingston University Roehampton Campus, which is ideal for engineering students who want to/are studying there

It is also:
- 20 min walk to the Kingston Hill campus
- Bus into Kingston centre or to Putney is 20-30 minutes (depending in traffic)
- 2 minute walk to Richmond Park gate

Car parking available in lay-by that is a minute walk away, with no restrictions on parking.

All the rooms have a desk apart from room 2, which has a balcony. There are 2 toilets, one on the top floor and one on the bottom floor, and a spare small bedroom that isn’t rented out. There is also a spacious living room and kitchen, and a garden with side access.

Rooms 1-3 are available from 1st August, with 13 month rental periods; room 4 (Balcony) is available from 1st September with 12 month rental period.
