I’m a friendly, outgoing person with a healthy lifestyle, and I’d love to welcome a new lodger into my home. My daughter (29) and I live together, and we a had great experience with our previous lodger. Who lived here happily for a year, however she is leaving because she’s getting a place with her friend—we’ll miss her, but we’re excited for her next chapter! Gifts have been exchanged and we will keep in touch ☺️

About the Room:

- Located just 7 minutes from Barnes Station – be in central London in 20 minutes!
- Free parking available (a rare find in this area)
- Lovely local neighborhood with parks, pubs, and restaurants
- Close to the river and Richmond Deer Park—ideal for nature lovers and cyclists!

A Bit About Us:
- I’m an avid cyclist (I’ve done rides like London to Brighton and the Prudential Ride 100)
- My daughter and I are busy but easygoing, and we’re looking for another friendly female to join us
- We like to keep a clean, harmonious home and expect the same from our new housemate

What We’re Looking For:
- Female lodger who is clean, tidy, and respectful
- Someone who can contribute to keeping the common areas clean
- I’m happy with you having friends or a partner over—just no big gatherings. Short stays for guests can be discussed.

Extras:
- All bills included!
- I provide household essentials like toilet roll, laundry soap, kitchen roll, and more (I buy in bulk to make things easier)
- Shared household items like salt, pepper, and oil are left out for convenience

Viewings:
I have a personal process for viewings, and I like to meet in person to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us. Photos aren’t shared ahead of time (except the bathroom for cleanliness), as I believe nothing beats in-person contact to gauge the vibe of a home.
