I am leaving my lovely double room and looking for someone to move in.
The room comes with a double bed(sturdy bed frame) and comfortable mattress,
Lots of storage place.
There is a great sized kitchen with all the white goods you need:
Microwave, oven, electric hob, toaster, storage for your kitchen stuff and you would have your own small fridge just for you.
There is a bathroom with Wc and an additional separated Wc as well.

The neighbourhood is safe and there are lots of options to transport to your desired destination,
-Buses 33,337,493,335 are 5 mins walking distance, you can get to Richmond, Roehampton Barnes or Putney within 10-15 minutes
-Barnes station for souther railway trains is 10 minutes away on foot, easy approach to get to the inner city of London.
-Richmond park is also 5-10 minutes away on foot
-There's Tescos, Waitrose and Sainsbury's nearby for shopping,
-Gym is close by in east sheen.

My reason for leaving is due to work therefore I need to relocate.

As you can see in the ad the room includes all the bills(Council tax, electricity, water)and it comes with free wifi.
There is a cleaning fee which is £15 a month.
Your future flatmates are professionals,
Nice hard working people and they are all down to socialise.

Original move in date is 18th September
