Double room available for short-term let in large, quiet 2 person flat on Putney Heath. The room comes with an en-suite bathroom, underground parking and desk. The flat is fully furnished and lets in lots of natural light. All bills will be covered while you stay, including monthly cleaner.

The room is available from the 1st of November to the 31st of January, as there is a gap in-between tenants.

5 minute walk to Putney Heath, 15 min walk to Putney station (2 min walk to bus interchange)

I am the current flatmate and have lived here for 4 years. My previous flatmate is moving out at the end of October and I am looking to fill the room until the end of January when the landlord plans to move back in.

I am 32 years old and work as a Finance Manager. I am very easy-going and happy to live with anyone.

£1400 all bills included (£1600 for couples).
