Quiet room with a view

I'm looking for someone to sublet my room when I'm away to Japan, ideally someone until April/May but with possibility for long term (if I don't come back :)).

The flat is on the 7th floor, room is very bright and warm, all furniture included.

There are two girls in mid 20s living in the flat. No parties, no smoking, this is a place to rest and chill :) I'm looking for someone responsible and tidy.

There is no living room, therefore so cheap.

Outside there is a parking for bikes. Very safe area, 15min walk from Putney Station.
Gate to the building, parking available for guests.
