Looking for someone to sublet my double en-suite bedroom located between Putney and Barnes, from mid December until mid March ideally (dates can be flexible!) while I go travelling and I escape the winter months!
You will be living with my two great flatmates (both professionals, in their early 30s), a sausage dog, and a fluffy ginger cat! All four of them are very friendly, specially the 4 legged ones!
Large en-suite double room furnished as per the pictures - on the second floor. The house has a living room, fully fitted kitchen and dining room, a large garden and a toilet - all in the ground floor.
10 minute walk from Barnes Train Station - trains to Waterloo every 15 minutes, and 25 minutes walk to East Putney Station (District Line)/Putney area. 3 minute walk to the closest supermarket, couple cafes and restaurants. Great bus link to get to Richmond, Fulham and Clapham Junction. Free parking on our road.
