Single bedroom 3min walk to East Putney station

I'm moving out to live with a friend so advertising my room.

Clean 2 floor flat. all bills included. Big Kitchen, cleaning once a week, one small fridge each. My room can access to a balcony.

3min walk to East Putney st and 6min walk to Putney station.

Grocery - Waitrose, Sainsbury, Co-op, Tesco, Lidl all in less than 10 min walk. Cafe, McDonald's, Nandos, TkMaxx, Boots, Odeon, gyms all in 10 min walk.

Flat is really clean. we all have a different schedule so toilet and cooking time are not really a problem. Everyone here is very nice and friendly.
