Looking for a friendly, sociable, clean and tidy flatmate 23-35 who is looking to live somewhere homely!
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, inbuilt book shelf, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The kitchen and living room are the main communal spaces and we also have use of the lovely garden.
Area is super safe with lots of green space- Barnes and Putney Commons as well as Richmond Park within walking distance. A 7 minute walk to Barnes station which will take you directly to Waterloo in 15 mins, and plenty of bus stops within a 2 minute walk, taking you to Hammersmith, Kensington, Putney bridge (on the district line) and beyond! Barnes is a beautiful area within a 15 minute walk, with plenty of independent pubs cafes and shops as well as a quiet spot on the river Thames.
You will be moving in with me, Rafi (film and tv) and my partner Frances (public sector)! We are both big foodies and film fans, so big into flat dinners or a cinema/ theatre outing.
