🔹 From 1st April - 1 double room available
£992.75 per month each however the 3 months’ rent is required upfront (April–June).
This room is available on a sublet basis from 1st April until 30th June, with the option to sign onto a new joint tenancy from 1st July.

🔹 From 1st July - Largest room in the house will become available at £1,141.60 per month
Part of the new tenancy starting 1st July.

👉 From the pictures, the first room shown is the one available from April and the 2nd room shown is the large room available from July.

💡 Bills
Bills and council tax are roughly £100 per person per month (on top of rent)

Sublet from 1st April- 30th June, with the option to continue on the new contract
