Available on a sublet basis from 1st April until 30th June, with the option to sign onto a new joint tenancy from 1st July
3 months’ rent required upfront (April–June)
🔹 From 1st July - Largest room in the house available
£1,141.60 per month
Part of the new tenancy starting 1st July
👉 From the pictures, the first two rooms shown are the April rooms, and the third room shown is the large room available from July.

Bills and council tax are roughly £100 per person per month (on top of rent)

New joint tenancy from 1st July
Tenants for the new contract ideally confirmed by mid-May
Sublets end 30th June, with the option to continue on the new contract
