Two of us are moving out of this flat, moving closer to work.
There is one big double bedroom and a smaller one available.
It is a two-floor flat. Located on the second floor, no lift, no upstairs neighbours. Downstairs: shared storage space, the kitchen, toilet and living-room/dining-room with a balcony.
Upstairs, the four bedrooms with the bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet and sink), and shared storage space.
The flat is a quick 3 minute walk to buses 337, 33, 493, direct to Richmond and Clapham Junction, Barnes Station is a 10 minute walk away. Richmond Park is 1km away.
The flat is in a quiet area. Everyone keeps it clean (we also have a cleaning rota), and respects other people resting time.
Bills are included except for council tax, which is £23 a month.
