We are looking for a friendly person - non smoker and no couples for a bright flat. NO BILLS.

You can move in on Wed 1 Sep 2025

One single room 645per month All inclusive including Council Tax. Please non-smoking person only and long stay 6+months.

If you are a student we need to take a guarantee from a home owner and 12 months minimum let.

Fully furnished, good security, wood floors, a shared living room and kitchen, 3 fridges , good spacious bathroom + power shower, another toilet, double glazing, washing machine, dishwasher, widescreen digital TV, WIRELESS fibre broadband 1000Gb, share kitchen and lounge(with all the cooking and eating items).

Everything that you need for day to day life. And there is a row of shops about 100m away (convenience store, cafe etc.)

Very close to transport – great for Waterloo or Richmond: Barnes station is near and lots of buses.

Just a few things: Firstly it is a strictly Non-Smoking flat. And secondly the landlord must be paid by Standing Order on the first of the month. And the rooms are as seen.
