Double room available in Tulse Hill/Streatham Hill

My lovely flatmate is moving in with his GF so his room is available from beginning of March.

6-7 minute walk from Tulse Hill station with direct line to London Bridge and Thames Link, easy bus to brixton or 10 minute walk to Brockwell Park, Streatham Hill, Herne Hill, West Norwood and Dulwich. There's free on road parking outside too if you drive. The area for me is a great balance of not being too hectic busy but easy access to lots of good spots in south or easy access to central or east.

The flat has become a bit of a jungle, helped along by the addition of a new balcony - so hope you like a bit of greenery! The flat’s kept pretty clean/tidy so looking to live with someone who likes the same and will look after it.

The room comes furnished with bed, chest, wardrobe and desk etc.

Me: I'm 34, house trained, sporty and work as a creative producer for commercials. I’m freelance so where I work and how much is in an office vs. home varies. I’m sometimes away for work and when not working travel whenever possible…. So please water the plants!

I love to run, cycle, cook, head to the pub or head to the nearest beach for a surf. If the above sounds about right and you think we'd get along, drop me a message. Up for living with whoever so long as we get on and you’re a good egg.
