Lovely Double Room in Streatham

Hi, I have a double room in streatham, decent sized flat, it’s available from the 1st of September, it’s £750 with bills included. The flat is nice and cosy, we are the top floor with gorgeous views. The flat is opposite Streatham Station and Streatham bus station. We live opposite a huge Tesco supermarket, with two gyms either side. Streatham itself is a lovely area with tonnes of great bars and restaurants, but also easy access to the rest of London!
I’m 40, an actor and a writer, I’m quite chill, I like things tidy but not Monica from friends level. I’m looking for another creative, someone who is happy to have a bit of a chat at the end of the day and watch a movie over a bottle of wine or check out some of the local bars but we don’t need to be in each other’s pockets. I’m super supportive of any other creatives so if you need to run lines, advice on a letter to your agent/a casting, someone to hold the camera for a self tape I’m your girl. The room is available from the end of Jan xx
