A place pretty much all to yourself!

Hello!

I'm looking for a lovely, clean and trustworthy lodger for my spare room.
I spend most of my time out of London now, so you'll have the place to yourself for the majority of the time. Because of that, I'll be looking for someone respectful and tidy, who will treat my place like it's theirs.

A bit about me:
I'm Laura, 40, originally from West London. I've been living in South London for 7 years. I enjoy binge watching a good (and sometimes a trash) TV series, eating out, watching movies and having a drink and a chat in the evenings.

The flat is all about convenience!
It's a 5 minute walk to Norbury Station (zone 3). From here you can get to Balham (northern line) in 10 minutes, Clapham Junction in 15 minutes, London Victoria (victoria line) in 23 minutes and London Bridge (northern and jubilee lines) in 35 minutes. In the other direction is Croydon, which takes 10 minutes.
A 20min walk away (10mins by train or 15min bus ride) will get you to Streatham station where you can get to Blackfriars, Farringdon and St Pancras in 20-30mins.

Outside the flat is a bus stop taking you to Croydon in one direction and in the other you'll get to Brixton in 25 minutes (109), Stockwell via Clapham (50) and Balham (255). There's also the G1 that goes the long way to Clapham Junction via Tooting.

There are lots of open spaces around with a park and fields just across the road and Streatham Common is a 10min walk away.

There are a selection of supermarkets all within walking distance. Lidl is directly on the doorstep, there's a large Sainsburys 10 minutes away, a large Tesco 15 minutes away and Iceland 10 minutes away.

The flat is the top floor (2nd) and the room faces the back and has plenty of storage with a tripple wardrobe and a chest of draws, as well as underbed storage.

The rent covers all bills including the Virgin fibre optic broadband and council tax.

There is also parking behind the flat. A permit needs to be requested, which I believe is free.
