A place pretty much all to yourself!

Hello!

I'm looking for a lovely, clean and trustworthy lodger for my spare room.
I spend most of my time out of London now, so you'll have the place to yourself for about 90% of the time. Because of that, I'll be looking for someone respectful and tidy, who will treat my place like it's theirs.

A bit about me:
I'm Laura, 40, originally from West London. I've been living in South London for 7 years. I enjoy binge watching a good, and sometimes a trash, TV series, eating out, watching movies and having a nice chat in the evening.

The flat is all about convenience!
It's located in south Streatham, but the closest train station is Norbury (zone 3), which is a 5 minute walk.
From here you can get to Balham in 7 minutes, Clapham Junction in 12 minutes, London Victoria in 23 minutes and London Bridge in 35 minutes. In the other direction is Croydon, which takes 10 minutes.

A 20min walk away (10mins by train or bus) will get you to Streatham station where you can get to Blackfriars, Farringdon and St Pancras in 20-30mins.

There are lots of open spaces around and Streatham Common is a 10min walk.

There are also lots of supermarkets all within walking distance with Lidl just down the road.

The flat is the top floor (2nd) and the room faces the back and has plenty of storage with a tripple wardrobe and a chest of draws, as well as underbed storage.

The rent covers all bills.

There is also parking behind the flat. A permit needs to be requested, which I believe is free.
