Top floor double room £610 per month plus bills (deposit £762.50) sharing bathroom with only one other tenant

The room can be provided unfurnished or furnished.

Four tenants in total to be in the house. Currently 3 of us - looking for number 4.

The house is HUGE, photos really don’t do it justice, and is located on a private gated close, and consists of:

Downstairs: large entrance, utility room (with washing machine and dryer), extra toilet, spare room (currently used for exercise), storage room, open plan dining room/living room/kitchen (with two fridge/freezers, so you only share fridge with one tenant) with doors leading out to small garden (with a park on the opposite side). Outside is a private parking space in our gated close, currently in use by existing tenant. There is free parking on the street outside though.

First floor: large second living room (yes, a SECOND living room!), and one bedroom.

Second floor: remaining three rooms + shared bathroom. Bedroom available is on this floor.
