Flat share in Tooting

I am looking for a new flatmate as my previous moved out after several years to live with her boyfriend. I would describe the flat as Arty/Shabby Chic rather than Modern Bland. You would have your own room with a double bed and share a large comfortable lounge, kitchen, shower room and WC and an additional second WC. The flat is set up for multiple occupancy in that we have three fridge freezers, separate kitchen and bathroom shelves etc. We are not a party house, we live quietly and respect one another's space, opting to be a refuge to come home to after the party.
