This huge double bedroom with original feature fireplace, view over garden, high quality memory foam mattress and extras which you can request. The room is in a large Edwardian house in a quiet road in Furzedown very close to local shops, Tooting Common, athletics track and lido, and other amenities (excellent restaurants etc). The G1 bus stops 2 minutes from the house. The bus to Tooting Bec or Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) takes 10 mins and walking takes 20 mins. Also 20 mins to Streatham Common or Balham. 40 mins to Waterloo.

The house has 5 occupants at any time. We would like tenants who keep the place clean and happy. We share a kitchen, garden and bathroom. There is no shared living space.

We can put the following in your room if you need it - desk/chair, kettle/cups, duvet/pillows, small fridge/food store, clothes dryer. You will have access to two washing machines and good wifi.
