The House:
This gorgeous house has ample of space and plenty of room to accommodate four people comfortably. There are three bedrooms in total, one large room and one double rooms currently available to rent.
The ground floor has a large lounge/living communal area.
In the back is a large kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, plenty of counter space.
Outside is a nice size garden with a shed. There is also an attic which can be used for additional storage. A good size bathroom.

I work from home 2-3 times a week. I love reading/learning, cooking and travelling.
I enjoy a movie night with a glass of wine, cooking and the occasional dinner party with friends. I try to balance my week with nights in and catching up with friends, so always up for hanging out in the evenings but equally respect when you need your own space to relax! Looking for someone a similar age ( early 30s to early 40s) who is friendly, tidy and laid-back.

Rooms: Available from 3rd of August
Furnished with a built-in wardrobe double bedroom.
£600 per month.
6'weeks rent deposit.

Unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe large double bedroom.
£750 per month.
6'weeks rent deposit.

Either one of the room can be fully furnished if required.

Bills:
Cover the council tax, gas and electricity, water, broadband internet and tv.
£140 each.
