1 bed flat to let in Streatham

I’m leaving this one bed flat on Streatham High Road as I’ve bought my own flat. It has an open plan kitchen living area with high ceilings and lovely bay style window. The that comes in the living room is the cabinet the tv is on, the table and chairs and the sofa.
The bathroom is between the kitchen and bedroom that has a bath/shower (water pressure is good!).
The bedroom overlooks a quiet back road (Gleneldon Mews) and it’s super quiet (you can’t hear any traffic at all). The furniture that will come with the flat is the wardrobe, bed side table, bed, book shelf and chest of drawers.
Bills aren’t included but for gas, electric, council tax and water I probably pay about 170 a month.
