Double Bedroom with private bathroom

This is a two bedroom flat share in Furzedown. We have a bus stop right outside the house that takes you to Tooting Broadway in 10mins and Brixton in 25mins. Alternatively we are a 20 min walk away from Streatham and Streatham Common stations. We have a dishwasher, washer dryer and a big fridge.

This is a friendly, quiet and clean house.

My name is Lorene I work in the film industry. I have a projector so happy to watch films and hang out in our spacious living room. I cook loads on my spare time and travel to France quite often so good meals and occasional french cheese and wines are included in the package! I've been living here 5 years now so I know (almost) all the good spots for food, coffee, and drinking!
It's a really lovely area with loads of green space and nice restaurants. I am looking for someone friendly and sociable to move in. Post work rants and movie nights are a staple here, as well as personal space and calm. Food shopping gets delivered once a week when convenient for both of us!

The landlord is great at dealing with any potential repairs and bills are very affordable.

I'm hoping to find someone before next week as I'll be busy on a project for the next few weeks so I will be doing viewings this weekend.
