Double room for lodger in my family house

Large double room in large family house in Furzedown, near Tooting and Streatham. Quiet room overlooking the garden. Would suit student (term-time only), midweek Monday to Friday lodger or 7 days.

We are a family of four. Our son is 16 and likes skateboarding, playing drums at agreed times and having sleepovers. Our daughter is at university in term times. My husband works from home and enjoys reading the newspapers, cycling and singing. I’m into politics, work for a charity and enjoy hanging out at home, trying to tame the garden and chatting with friends.

We’re looking for a quiet person who can fit in with our family slightly hippie lifestyle. This would best suit a student or young professional (we are near to St. Georges) who needs a quiet base for work, sleep and relaxation and who goes out to see friends and party.
