Double room available in shared house

We have a furnished double room becoming available in August and ready for viewing from now. The tenants are currently still in the room and getting ready to leave at the end of the month.
The property will be available from the 1st August.
There’s 3 of us in the property at the moment me (downstairs) and 2 other people upstairs (male and female). We are all professionals who work at different points of the day and so respect each others personal space but occasionally get together for a laugh or chilled evening.
There are 2 cats in the property, mostly staying in the room downstairs with me but occasionally, they make an appearance around the house, just a warning if you have any cat allergies.
Large kitchen and upstairs bathroom. There is also a small bathroom downstairs.
I will be making small changes to the room before a new tenant moves in, painting the room, changing curtains and ceiling light.
