The house is very large has three bathrooms 2 for the tenants and one for myself its on three levels with the kitchen and living room on the lower level with one bathroom. The tenants rooms on the next level with another bathroom and the loft conversion is where I am.

I am a live in land lord but very easy to get on with. I run the gym for my personal training and coaching business. I coach athletes for fitness and bodybuilding competitions. So ideally this would suit someone related to this business. Apart from that preferably someone quiet who likes their own space. All bills and council tax included.

We are looking for someone quiet who likes where they live to be secure. Most of our socialising is done not within the house currently as we like it as a quiet place so it may not be suitable to all.
