Hello there!

I'm the proud owner of a spacious 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom residence nestled in the charming neighbourhood of Streatham

I'm looking for somebody SHORT TERM from around June 10th for 6-8 weeks. I can be flexible as I have another spare bed. Needed whilst my house mate is travelling back to Australia for a short time!

You will get the following:

✅ A beautiful garden with comfortable rattan furniture which has a cozy fire pit.

✅ A mere five-minutes from Streatham Common Station which gets you into victoria in 19 minutes, and 22 minutes to London bridge. Balham tube (northern line) is one stop away

✅ Abundant cupboard space, with half a room dedicated to your extensive wardrobe.

✅ For those occasional visits from friends or family, there's an extra room available.

✅ A very comfortable, six- month-old Emma mattress

Now, let's talk about the kind of housemate I'm looking for:
-Male or female, aged between 25 and 40
-Happy to share your space with a friendly maltipoo dog named thea!
-Respectful, tidy and clean is a MUST
-Working professional
-Open to hanging out once in a while
-Short term let only!!

Allow me to introduce myself briefly—I'm 30 years old and work in software sales. I work remotely but occasionally go into the office. I love sports - gym, functional fitness, running, hiking, football, rugby! Good food and travelling as much as possible.

Can be flexible on move in / move out dates if need be!
