Looking for a new housemate 🏡

Hello! We are looking for a new roommate to join our beautiful and spacious home in Tooting Bec/Furzedown. We are three female professionals (and a cute little cat) who met on SpareRoom. Sadly, our housemate is leaving to move back home and so a bedroom is available to rent.

The room:
The room is a double bedroom on the middle floor of the house. The room has an ensuite with both a bath and shower and two sinks. The room also has a walk-in wardrobe and speakers in the ceiling. It's a large room with enough space for a desk.

Furniture: The room is unfurnished except for the white shelves. Departing tenant is open to selling chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, bed, mattress and desk chair.

We have an open plan kitchen, a study where you can put a desk, a large living room, and a garden at the rear - great for garden parties and veg patches.

There's also a WC downstairs. There is more storage under the stairs and we keep bikes in the study. There is also free parking on the road.

In terms of getting places either walking or by bus:
Tooting common - 7 mins walk
Tooting Bec tube - 20 mins walk (15 mins with bus)
Tooting overground - 20 min walk (15 min with bus)
Streatham common overground - 18 min walk (no bus)
Streatham overground - 20 min walk (15 min with bus)
Brixton - 30 min bus

About us;
We’ve become good friends and would like someone who would equally enjoy hanging out, but also have their own groups of friends in London. When together, we like to have dinner/drinks, go for walks, wonder around charity shops or just chill at home.

About us as individuals:

Amelia - 30, sustainability manager for a food retailer. Spends too much time scrolling through TikTok but also likes actually going outside, regularly plays in a Balham netball team, training for a sporting challenge and socialising with friends.

Yasemin - 29, interior textile designer. Spends most of her time at the gym, going on walks and taking far too many photos. Loves anything design and creative!

Meg - 30, bookseller for Waterstones. Loves bakery and bar hopping around the city. Will let you borrow her books :)

Maggie (black cat), very friendly cat who likes to play with her toy mouse and beg for dreamies, will turn cat haters into cat lovers 😻

Bills;
Approx £90 pp (water, council tax, wifi, energy - which can change over winter)
+ Cleaner £15pp once a month currently (communal areas and bathrooms)

Room move in date: From beginning of Feb
