SHORT LET Double room in large house in Tooting

Hi, my double room will be available from 8th November 2024 until 3rd February 2025 for a FULL TIME PROFESSIONAL. It's a short term let as the landlord isn't renewing the tenancy in February.

Payment schedule will be deposit (minus the extra days I'm staying from rent due on 4th Nov) and x3 months rent at £620.

The house is located just below Tooting Common. It's a 15 min walk to Tooting Bec or there is the G1 bus that stops just outside the house and takes 10 mins to get to Tooting Broadway.

6 of us live in the house and occasionally catch up over dinner but the house is generally quiet.

All bills are included in the rent and parking is free. There are also 2 cats in this house but they tend to stay in their rooms.
