Hey! Thanks for reading. This a good sized en-suite double room with a storage bed. The room is on the lower ground floor of a large ground floor flat so you essentially have a floor to yourself. The bedroom has a large tv in it and the en-suite bathroom has a good shower. The rest of the flat is situated on the ground floor and it has a large living room with a conservatory that leads out onto a well kept and good sized garden. The garden faces west so gets the afternoon sun. The flat is a 2 minute walk from tooting common. A 4 min walk from Tooting Bec lido. You are a 5 min bus or 15 min walk to Tooting Bec tube station or an 8 minute walk to Streatham station. I work in bank and my commute is 35-40 mins door to door.
