This amazing double bedroom, in Edwardian house on a quiet residential road, is fully furnished with double bed, memory foam mattress, good storage, desk. Well appointed shared kitchen, garden and two washing machines. great Wifi access, constant hot water and reliable heating. Shared bathroom with one other person only (3 bathrooms in house).

Cleaners clean the shared areas weekly. Access to a dishwasher but obviously everyone tidies their own mess/puts out rubbish etc.

Quiet and clean. No parties. These rooms are long term lets and the flatmates enjoy time together but are independent and responsible.

Great public transport links with the Northern Line (Tooting Bec) and over ground (Streatham Common) running into central London in 30 mins.

It's very safe, close to park, lido, athletics track with restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance.
