Lovely Double Room, Shared Bathroom

This amazing double bedroom, in a large 6 bed Edwardian house on a quiet residential road, is fully furnished with double bed, memory foam mattress, good storage, desk. There is a well appointed shared kitchen, garden and two washing machines. great Wifi access, constant hot water and reliable heating. You will have shared bathroom (3 bathrooms between 6 people). Cleaners clean the shared areas weekly. You have access to a dishwasher but obviously everyone tidies their own mess/puts out rubbish etc.

You will probably like this house best if you are quiet and clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful but there is no shared living area. No parties. These rooms are long term lets and the flatmates are responsible and get on well.

There are great public transport links with the Northern Line (Tooting Bec) and over ground (Streatham Common) running into central London in 30 mins.

It's very safe, close to park, lido, athletics track with restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance.
