Hi there potential housemate, hope this message finds you well :)

We've got a spare room for rent for just £699 per month for the month of April (includes all bills and free wifi), to live with us (both professionals) and our two lovely cats.

The flat is on the ground floor and is a relaxing and peaceful place to live. The room comes with a wardrobe, a large desk and a chair. The kitchen has all the mod cons, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. We've also got superfast broadband from Vodafone, so you won't be left hunting for wifi.

The location of the flat is convenient for amenities and transport. It's a 6 minute walk to Streatham Station (which will get you to London Bridge in 23 min, Blackfriars in 21 min, Kings Cross St Pancras in 30 min, Wimbledon in 10 min, East Croydon in 18 min and Gatwick airport in 40 min), 10 minute bus ride to Tooting Bec station (Northern line), and a 20 minute bus ride to Brixton (Victoria line).

We live close to the shops, gyms, cinema and restaurants on Streatham High Street and have a few handy corner shops a few minutes' walk away. Tooting Bec Common is only 5 minutes away and boasts tennis courts, sports fields and the Lido.

We're looking for a relaxed, friendly person to share with, who maybe needs a base in Streatham while they look for somewhere permanent.
