Short let in beautiful garden flat in Streatham!

SHORT LET FROM APRIL 15TH (2025) TO MAY 10TH (2025) - IN LOVELY GARDEN FLAT - ALL BILLS INCLUDED - SHARE WITH ONE OTHER & TWO CATS

HI there potential housemate!

My flatmate is going away for a just under a month, so we've got a spare room in our lovely garden flat available. Move in date would be on April 15th and ideally you'll want to stay until May 10th.

The flat is on the ground floor and is a relaxing and peaceful place to live. The room comes with a wardrobe, a large desk and a chair. The kitchen has all the mod cons, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine while the living room has a large TV with all the major streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Now).

The location of the flat is extremely convenient for amenities and transport. It's a 6 minute walk to Streatham Station (which will get you to London Bridge in 23 min, Blackfriars in 21 min, Kings Cross St Pancras in 30 min, Wimbledon in 10 min, East Croydon in 18 min and Gatwick airport in 40 min), 10 minute bus ride to Tooting Bec station (Northern line), and a 20 minute bus ride to Brixton (Victoria line).

We live close to the shops, gyms, cinema and restaurants on Streatham High Street and have a few handy corner shops a few minutes' walk away. Tooting Bec Common is only 5 minutes away and boasts tennis courts, sports fields and the Lido.

I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly person to share with. I'm a Londoner born-and-bred and happy to help you find your way around if you're new to London.
