5 minute walk from Streatham common station which is 5 mins to Balham on the northern line.
I’m a graphic designer who works in central 3x a week. I spend time between my place and Camden, where my boyfriend lives so I’m looking for someone who doesn’t mind if I’m out a lot or if he’s over (which isn’t much).
As much as I’m out and about, I’d of course like to be able to hang out and watch tv or go for a coffee :)
In terms of length of contract, I’ve said 6 months and then rolling. This is because my boyfriend might move in at the end of the year.
The room fits a desk if someone requires working from home.
