House has mixed ages, three females (interior designer 50s, trainee barrister 30s, retail manager 30s) one male (accountant 40s.) and 1 very friendly dog. Would suit friendly professional looking for a safe, happy, drama free space which is always clean, working and stocked with loo paper/ dishwasher tabs! Would also suit younger tenant looking for first rental away from home or professional that values a well managed home. Looking for a person who tidies up after themselves, honest, team player and family/people friendly. No smoking inside the house but welcome to outside in the garden. Cleaner comes once a week for communal areas. Current tenants have been here for one, four and seven years so we don't bite ... and nor should you!
