Lovely Double Room with Ensuite

Hello! We have a beautiful double room available from 5th August in a lovely modern 4-bed flat. With Moyser road less than 5 minutes away, you’ll be super close to some lovely cafes, a florist, a fishmongers, and lots of other local amenities. The nearest supermarkets are a Budgens and Nisa Local (also situated on Moyser road) and there’s a Sainsbury’s local within 10 minutes too.

Transport is easily accessible with Tube Stations (Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway), Train Stations (Tooting, Streatham and Streatham Common) all within 20 mins walk, and there’s lots of bus stops around too! The area is lovely and quiet, and has a mixture of families, professionals and students living in it. Tooting Broadway Market is within walking distance and it’s only a stop or two away from Balham and Clapham, so there’s lots to do, and lots of places to grab a bite or a drink! Tooting common is practically on our doorstep (also has a lido and athletics centre) and we’re in close proximity to lots of other nice parks as well.

You’ll be taking a place in a house full of super lovely young professionals, who are all friends. It’s a very social house, we love to cook dinners together, watch movies, play games and have a cheeky drink! But we also respect each other’s space and time.

It’s a beautiful and double bedroom with an ensuite (shower, toilet and sink). It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a bedside table with drawers and a chest of drawers. We are Flat 2 so we take up the 1st and 2nd floor of the house, above another flat below. The room is on the 2nd floor at the top of the house, and the open kitchen/living area (equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher) is on the 1st floor.
