Huge double room available from November 18th!

Hello!

Our housemates are sadly leaving to move on to bigger and better things, but on the plus side that means we now have a huge double room for anyone who wants to take it! The room was originally a living room so is pretty enormous, and comes with a double bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe, clothes rail and drawers.

There's also a very rare additional living space in there - the conservatory has been converted into a living space which is attached to the room and is yours for private use. The room also comes with an exceedingly comfy armchair, small sofa and plenty of space for a work space/desk if you're into that sort of thing.

You would be sharing the house with me (hello!) and my housemate Finn. We're generally pretty calm housemates, with the work and social lives of your average busy London millennial. There is a shared kitchen, living room and a shared bathroom (Finn's bedroom also has an en suite bathroom so the shared one doesn't really get too too busy).

There is also a pretty big garden which you can access from your room, with a BBQ, dart board, and outside table and some sheds in case you need any extra storage space. The house is well located just off Streatham High Street, a 10/15 minute walk to the train or 10 minute bus to the Victoria line at Brixton. There is also a Lidl 3 minutes away (which is effectively my fridge space!) and gym 2 minutes away.
