Double room for rent in Tooting Bec

Hi, I’m Agnes, looking to rent out the spare room in my flat in Tooting Bec. I work from home 3 days a week, so the ideal housemate would probably spend more time in the office, but can be flexible.

It’s a great area with Sainsbury’s local at the end of the road, coffee shops and pubs around the corner. It’s a very green area with the common (and the Lido for cold water swimmers) at the bottom of the road, and easy to get into town, with many transport links including Tooting Bec tube a short walk away, and Streatham and Streatham Common in close proximity along with great bus routes.
