Perfect for an individual or couple, especially those looking to live near a green space (the flat is a 2 minute walk from Tooting Bec Common). I own the flat and will be moving out temporarily, please note this flat will be on the market for sale, so this is a short term let on monthly rolling basis (however, given the process it’s likely to be at least 3 months). Tenants must be OK with allowing viewings and ensuring it is in good condition, but we will work with you to arrange a suitable time. One full month notice will be provided.
