The room has been newly decorated and is fully furnished with a stylish double bed, bedside cabinets, two built-in wardrobes + a large free-standing one, desk and chairs, shoe cabinet, the curtains displayed in the photos have been replaced with brand new ones.…morning sun fills the room through the large windows.

Full fibre optic broadband with the addition of Ethernet sockets in each room, which has the advantage of better speed, security and reliability.

The garden has a Weber gas barbecue which is great in the summer months,
as well as a table and chairs and a corner sofa set.

The house is occupied by myself (live-in landlord, semi-retired), a family friend and an English teacher (both female, 30’s). We are like a caring family, at the same time respect each other’s privacy and space.

Parking in the road outside and surrounding roads is without restrictions, ie. parking is free at all times, and there are several electrical car charging points in our street, two just outside our house.

G1 bus (two minutes walk away in Clairview Road) takes just over five minutes to Tooting Broadway staton (Northern line) and goes directly to St. George’s Hospital (approx. 10 minute journey). Tooting Broadway station has fast transport links to the city (Bank, 23 minutes); also numerous shops (large Sainsbury’s), bars and restaurants plus Tooting Market. The G1 bus also goes in the opposite direction and stops outside Streatham station (approx. 5+ minutes journey), next to a huge Tesco Extra, M&S Foodhall and Aldi, as well as Streatham Ice and Leisure Centre, and nearby large Sainsbury’s.

All bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet) included; would suit working professional; the room is for single occupancy only, and is available from the 2nd September.
