Spacious Double w/En-Suite in SW16

Hi,

I’m renting out a spacious double bedroom/en-suite in my flat in SW16. I live on a peaceful cul-de-sac and the flat is south-facing with a balcony so it gets amazing natural light and beautiful daily sunset views.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a stylish large double wardrobe and a matching chest of drawers. We will share communal areas and you’ll also have access to the main bathroom, where the washing machine is located.

I am looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to live with me. My interests include live music, playing and watching sports, photography and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I like to keep fit and live healthily but I’m equally happy just slumping in front of the TV or with a book in hand. It would be nice to share interests and chill with my flatmate, but I also appreciate everyone’s need for quiet downtime as well.

The flat is a 10 minute walk away from Streatham Common station - one direct train to London Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars, Clapham Junction etc. It is also one stop away from Balham tube station. It’s served by many bus routes and off-street parking can be made available if you have a car.
