Very quiet and peaceful house with no overcrowding issues at all. It’s just one person per room on 3 floors (plus laundry room in basement) and there’s a no guest policy which helps to maintain the feeling of space and privacy.
Set up so no utility bills and just a weekly £15 payment towards the cleaner and lots of supplies included such as washing up liquid, bin bags, cleaning supplies, hand soap, toilet paper, kitchen towels, kettle descaler
