I am a live out private landlord and i take care of my own tenants hence you get lots of support and disrepairs are tending to quickly. I have a double and a single rooms available from 12/5/2024 and One of the big double comes with ensuite bathroom too. The single room is shared one big bathroom with another room. Rent is £1200 a month and £900 a month and these rent is inclusive of council tax, fuels, water charges and braoband. The house is in Streatham Hill (3 minutes walk to the station).
