Cosy Double room available ASAP

Hey! Myself and my housemates (all professional women aged 25–31) have a cozy/small double room near Streatham Hill station available.
Your room will have a bed (negotiable with the tenant leaving) but is otherwise unfurnished. You are able to fit a chest of drawers/wardrobe and clothes rail in there, but we have plenty of storage in the house and you’re welcome to wfh in the kitchen or living room ☺️
⭐️ Rent is £660pcm, bills come to around £100-120pcm, and the deposit is around £890.
⭐️ We live in a gorgeous and huge newly renovated four bedroom house –You’d share your bathroom and kitchen with Emma and Ellie (Diane has her own kitchen and bathroom).
⭐️ We have a separate lounge, a massive kitchen/entertainment area (it’s so big we have a dining table and a four seater couch in there- managed to feed 21 people one time haha) a back and a front garden (back garden is enclosed, front garden is not) and a driveway.
⭐️ Our landlords are super responsive - they live nearby and fix all issues immediately - and we LOVE living here. We would expect someone to be on the lease and therefore they would need to pass all referencing checks.
⭐️ The room is officially available at the end of October but we might have some flexibility if you need to move earlier. No pets, smokers or couples 🍃
⭐️ We are a 15 min walk from: Streatham, Streatham Hill, Tulse Hill and West Norwood stations- from here you can be at Victoria in 15 minutes, and Farringdon/ London Bridge in 20 minutes. We’ve got a couple of supermarkets 10-15 min walk away as well as Streatham Common on our doorstep. As we’re away from the high street it’s pretty quiet, too.

We’re a fairly social house (only the occasional party though) so would love someone who wants to get involved but we do also do our own thing, too. We all also wfh 2-3 days a week so this wouldn’t be a problem if you do, too.
