Huge Furnished Room

Hello Londoners,

We are 3 men looking for a 4th to replace our housemate who is moving out. The house has a massive garden perfect for BBQs, Beers and Badminton. The house is very spacious with a big kitchen that has a dining table and a washing machine/tumble dryer. The living room has a TV and a bonus disco lights installed. There is also a small guest room which can also be used as a office room or for friends to stay over. It has 2 small toilets and a bathroom with a toilet. There is free parking available everywhere around the area. There is also a small garage to store your bike or any extra luggage.

The huge double room comes fully furnished with a double bed, 2 big wardrobes, chest of drawer, bookshelf and a small sofa. Basically everything you see on the picture is yours!

No bills are included but we do have Super fast broadband clocking at 500Mbps. The house is so big that it is under Tax Band F, so slightly on the expensive side but the bins are collected weekly and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe (cycle has been left out many times and never been stolen). Rent is £750+bills which comes to around £800 during summer and slightly more during winter.

We can arrange for viewings most evenings after 6pm and if you would like weekend viewings please don't be afraid to ask and we can arrange something.

We are on a rolling contract so there is no maximum term, you can leave whenever within one month's notice and finding a replacement.
