Tulse Hill flat, mostly to yourself

I have 1 large double room for rent to a single person or a couple. I spend my time between here and Sicily, and am generally in the flat approx 2 weeks out of 8. The rest of the time the space would be yours.

The flat is ground floor and set back from the road. It has a spacious entrance hallway with built in storage, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, etc., a light and spacious living/dining room, and a shared bathroom.

The bedroom available for rent has a built in double wardrobe, is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bookshelf and a bedside table. It faces a large green space at the back of the building. It’s a very quiet area, but easy walking or cycling distance to West Norwood, Tulse Hill and Streatham Hill stations. There are bike storage lockers on the street and on-street parking is free.

The rent includes all bills including WiFi, council tax, etc.

I’m looking for someone who wants to keep a peaceful and comfortable home and who I know will treat the place well while I’m away.
