HUGE Bedroom - in Tooting/Furzedown - En-suite!

Hi all!
I am looking for a flatmate to take this huge bedroom in my flat. It's got a king size bed in and still so much space left, looking out onto garden, with two windows letting a lot of light in. But with black out lining curtains so you can lie in if you want.
There are two seperate bathrooms in the place, so with sole use of one of them then it's your ensuite!
I'm at home a lot, so looking for people with hybrid working or on-site jobs.
The bus stop is practically (but thankfully not actually) on the doorstep. Takes like 5-10 on the bus to Tooting Broadway (northern line). The 127, 333, and 57 are on the road, with the 201 around the corner. 333 takes you right into the centre or to victoria line brixton.
Tooting mainline station is just over 10 minutes walk away. To walk to Tooting Broadway takes me like 20 minutes but I'm a pretty slow walker - friends have done it quicker.
As for the person I'm hoping for an easy going human who's friendly, happy and decent to others.

The flat is big and we'll share a small living room. And am getting the garden ready for summer - but it's a mess rn.

Teni is our other flatmate, she has awesome photography skills, cooks tasty things and is just friendly and lovely.

In my downtime I like to read, or do some art as well as watch TV. Overall I am quite happy with company as well as without but want to get along with any flatmates.

Bills (water, gas, electric) will be split up by how many people are living in the flat - so will be divided by three.
Wandsworth council tax Band C. (But this is included along with wifi)

Prefer to live with other girls overal based on my renting days.
