Single Room Available now!

Hey there,

We have a single room to rent at our lovely house 15min walk from Tooting Broadway station.

We are 2 professionals living at the house at the moment one female of 50 years of age and a Male of 28 years of age.

We usually at work the whole day and come back in the evening and spend sometimes the weekends in.

I Rocio the main tenant/landlor prefer a young professional/ student female that is tidy and helps keep the house tidy too.

The room is fully furnished and the kitchen/fridge/dinner table it’s shared and same the living room.

There’s 2 toilets in the house too.

There’s a big garden that we all share.
