House description:
*CHEAP* 3 bedroom house located 6 min walk from Streatham Common station. All rooms fully furnished except individual rooms. Room comes with a double bed and mattress. Spacious garden with new garden furniture, lovely in the summer for parties and bbq. Kitchen is small but comes with all equipment. New boiler in the house as of January 2024. Small bathroom and a box room that we have converted into a study/storage room and separate living room fully furnished with massive TV.

Location:
Train station short walk from home
There is a bus stop less than a minute from the house that takes you to Streatham high street or all the way to Brixton.
Cute little Italian restaurant up the road plus corner shop and local co-op, a local coffee shop and loads of nice pubs around the area.

Person requirements:
Female
Age 27 - 38
Job - In full time employment (no students)
Interest - music, festival, travel, dogs, brunch, general good vibes
We need this person to be tidy and clean and respect that this house is completely furnished by our own pockets (expect your room).
Would need this person to move in 1st of June with first month rent upfront plus 5 weeks deposit and plan to stay long term.

Our current housemate/friend is moving out at the end of May. We are looking for a new person (female) to move in and take her room.

We want this person to feel like this house is their home, we are friends and we would ideally like this new person to be a new friend that we can chill with and if possible do things outside the house. We also respect each others privacy so if you just want to chill in your room that is completely fine.

We enjoy festivals, travelling around the world especially where there is a beach. We like finding new gigs and activities to do. We loveeee tequila and tacos and know the best spot in south London for them.

We are both super fun and sociable and we are looking for the right housemate that will fit with us. We would ideally like someone to want to enjoy things with us but also understand that everyone has their own personal life going.
