CURRENT FLATMATES
To share with two professional females - Elia 36, an Art Therapist, and Katherine 33, an Architect. Both girls are calm, mature, clean and respectful of others space and possessions. They are also both into art, nature, theatre and cultural hobbies.

NEW FLATMATE
We are looking for a mature, relaxed, easy going Professional female, who is clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of others space and possessions. As the flat is really homely, we are wanting someone who would like to call it a 'home' as opposed to just lodgings, and treat it as if its their own place, taking responsibility for keeping things clean and maintained.

THE FLAT
This modern, clean maisonette has its own front door and is a first floor flat. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are rented, including the one in this advert, and we have a 4th large single bedroom that can be used by you all for occasional guests.. The large, warm communal Lounge has two deep, comfortable sofas to sink into after a hard day at work, and has a wooden fireplace, wood flooring and a 40" TV, as well as lamps and bookshelves. The bathroom is very clean, and has an electric shower. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need, so you don't have to bring anything with you. There is a Utility Room for drying clothes. From here there is a door leading down into the south facing garden, which gets the sun all day and is perfect for a BBQ in the summer, or just lazing on the sun loungers with a good book.

GETTING TO AND FROM THE FLAT
The flat is located on Southcroft Road, which is about 5 mins on the bus from outside the flat to Tooting Broadway Underground station (Northern Line Zone 3) (20 mins Walk), Tooting BR station is about 10 mins walk away, which has trains to the City, St Pancras, Wimbledon and Sutton. Streatham Common BR Station is about 13 mins walk, with Trains to Clapham Junction, Victoria, London Bridge, Croydon and Gatwick.
There is also a night bus that comes along this road.

TOOTING BROADWAY AS AN AREA
Tooting Broadway is fast becoming an urban cool area to hang out in, with lots of bars and restaurants all on the doorstep. Tooting Market has lots of pop up food and drinks places, as well as all the new independents constantly opening up in the area. It really is an amazing place to live.
