Room available in sunny Streatham ☀️

Hey!
I’m Lissie and I’m renting out my spare bedroom in Streatham. I’ve lived in this flat for 2 and a half years and I’ve made it into a super cosy home. It’s on the top floor of a block of flats, with a balcony and loads of natural light streaming in. My cat is 15 years old and very friendly.

Your room is a spacious double, with a bed, mirror and space to store your belongings. We would share communal areas like kitchen, bathroom and living room.

The flat is in a really green part of London. Just 5 minutes walk from Tooting Common (where I go running a few times a week). The nearest tube stop is Tooting Bec (so easy access to the Northern line) and train stations like Streatham and Streatham Common are about 10 minutes away.

I’m a really easy going person to live with. I like communal areas to be kept clean and tidy. I’m out most nights of the week but when I’m in, I’d love to share a meal or a glass of wine and watch tv together.

I’ve lived in London forever, so this room is perfect if you’re just arriving from a different place in the world, and want some advice on where to begin your London adventure!
