Sw Double Ensuite Room In Lovely House Share

Moving out of my beloved room in South West London, I've been here for 4 years now with my housemates that are basically a family. (I'm relocating out of London hence the move!)

The room:
Really spacious ensuite double room. It comes furnished with 2 wardrobes, IKEA style cupboards, storage under the bed too! Mattress included and desk (where the TV currently is).
Shower and toilet in the ensuite, with a velux window for ventilation.

The house:
A 6 bed house with the most friendly people ever, I moved in 4 years ago and really don't want to leave my housemates. Though everyone has varying schedules so you'll never feel the house is full - 6 people sounds a lot but you'll only sometimes bump into each other! Everyone works out of the house so you'll have WFH space in the dining room if needed. The house also enjoys going for the occasional drink, but we do of course have our own friends which are welcome to come round and visit the house.

The area:
A mere 7 walks away from Streatham Common station. There are direct trains to London Victoria (in 20 min) and London Bridge (in 30 min) so super well linked. Balham is a 6 minute train journey or 20 min bus.
You're also between 2 high streets - Norbury and Streatham High - each 15 min walk.
Lidl 10 min walk away, huge Tesco express / Aldi, M&S and Gym 15/20 min walk away!

You:
Looking for a respectful single occupant (no couples) in full time employment or available guarantor, friendly, clean and down for a chat around the house!!
You will need to pass referencing, deposit is 5 weeks plus the first months rent upfront.
6 months initial contract, 1 rolling after that.
